[mirrorbrain] New packages for Ubuntu 10.10, Fedora, CentOS 5

Hi,

I have enabled the build of packages for Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat).
The packages are untested, and it might be possible that they have
broken dependencies or don't work for another reason. Feedback is
appreciated!


On CentOS 5, I enabled building the python-cmdln module. The complete
set of packages (that I maintain) exists now, but I don't know how well
they work.


I also added building on Fedora 12, 13 and 14 today. On 12 and 13, build
isn't possible so far because (I think) the GeoIP package is missing in
the build service. (https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=653044)
On Fedora 14, that's not a problem, but there may still be other build
problems.

Feedback on any of these would be great!
