[mirrorbrain] Major documentation updates

Hi,

during the last days, I committed many documentation updates. See
http://mirrorbrain.org/docs/
I hope they are useful.

In particular, http://mirrorbrain.org/docs/mirrors/ could be useful, a
section explaining how to deal with mirrors / the mirror database.

The installation section has a slightly better structure now. It is
still quite lacking, and not well reviewed.

High time for a hard week coming to an end!
