[mirrorbrain] IPv6 and geolocation

So far, MirrorBrain does geolocation on country-level via GeoIP.
GeoIP seems to be IPv4 only, at least the free versions of the database.

While wondering about this and looking around, I found 
http://www.ip2location.com/IPV6-COUNTRY.aspx
which is a IPv6-only free database from ip2location.com.

This would probably be a good addition to MB.

Current projections estimate that IPv4 address space is going to run out
in two years...

Other things to look into are 32 bit autonomous system numbers. Some are
already allocated.
