[mirrorbrain] HTTP API for FTP mirrors

Hey folks,

since FTP is easier to traverse programmatically than HTML and
I don't want to hard code FTP mirrors I would like to programmatically
get the preferred FTP mirror of a path. Unfortunately MirrorBrain
doesn't seem to provide this (meta4 only contains HTTP URLs).
