[mirrorbrain] IP blacklists

Sometimes I (as admin of a mirrorbrain instance) get reports of users 
being unable to reach the mirror that mirrorbrain routes them to. 
Apparently routing within some countries sucks.

Is there any way to blacklist certain IP ranges from being sent to a 
certain mirror? if not would you consider adding such a feature?
