[mirrorbrain] Metalink/HTTP support ready for testing

Hi,

I have committed Metalink/HTTP support in svn, and it's live on these two locations: 
http://download.services.openoffice.org/
http://go-oo.mirrorbrain.org/

Please test! :-)

Note that URL signatures (timestamps) are not supported yet. (Most of you folks don't use them.)
