[mirrorbrain-announce] Release of mod_asn 1.2

Hi,

the main changes are major documentation updates, and the fact that
routing data snapshots are now downloaded from a mirror provided by
mirrorbrain.org.

Today, I also implemented the automatic update of the online
documentation from svn. This means, whenever something is comitted into
the svn repository, http://mirrorbrain.org/mod_asn/docs/ will
immediately reflect the change.
