There is a way to try out mirror selection by appending country=xy as query to the
.mirrorlist URL, the continent is not looked up, where xy is a two-letter ISO 3166
country code. Example:

http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/testing/LO_3.3.0-
beta1_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe?mirrorlist&country=nz

The mirror list will show mirrors in that country. Next, it will show mirrors in
the same region - the region in the list will be that of the originating IP though
(where the request came from), and not the one of the country "xy".
