[mirrorbrain] ipv6 only users and mirrorbrain

I've just had a complaint from a user running a Pi on an ipv6 only 
network that while mirrordirector.raspbian.org is available on ipv6 they 
were sent to a mirror that only supports ipv4.

When I edit a mirror there is an option to mark it as IPv6 only but 
there does not seem to be a corresponding way to mark a mirror as ipv4 
only so that ipv6 clients are not sent to it.
