+Internally, a way to migrate the database after updates has been implemented. A
+table named ``version`` keeps info about the state of the database. Thus,
+database schema upgrades can happen automatically when possible. This release
+adds a new flag to the database called ``ipv6_only`` to denote mirrors that are
+not reachable by IPv4. Once this new flag is used, it will allow to redirect
+clients to this type of mirrors. (And IPv6-only mirrors won't go away -- rather
+the contrary.)
