[mirrorbrain-announce] 2.11.1 release: fixing a regression on Debian/Ubuntu

Hi,

MirrorBrain 2.11.1 has been released. It fixes a regression that has
been introduced with 2.11.0 and that affected installations on Debian
and Ubuntu. Apologies for the error.
